Friday Delays and Closures:
1. White Sands Missile Range is closed.
2. Gadsden school offices are closed. Most other area school districts are still on winter break. NMSU, DACC, UTEP, Vista College, EPISD, and YISD opened at 10 a.m.
3. Las Cruces City offices and Roadrunner transit began service at 10 a.m. Dona Ana County offices opened at 10 a.m.
4. Las Cruces State District Court opened at 10 a.m.
