Las Cruces, NM – United States Immigrations and Customs Enforcement Officials announced earlier this week that a suspect wanted for murder in Las Vegas, Nevada was apprehended at the Santa Teresa port of entry while trying to flee to Mexico. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, the arrest is credited to an increase in random checks of vehicles going south across the border.
