Manhunt Is On After Armed Robbery In Las Cruces

  Las Cruces Police are investigating Tuesday evening’s armed robbery at a Pic Quik store on Missouri Avenue.

Shortly before 11 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, two armed men entered the Pic Quik, at 2240 Missouri Ave., and demanded cash from the store clerk. The men took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the store on foot heading east toward Payne Street.

  No shots were fired and no injuries were reported.

Witnesses described both men as being around 5-feet-3 to 5-feet-5-inches tall with slim builds. One of the men was wearing a dark-colored hoodie while the other wore a black and white flannel shirt.

Both men were armed with handguns. Surveillance photos of the suspects can be seen on the Las Cruces Police Department’s Facebook page.
