Las Cruces, NM – This morning, Dona Ana County Clerk Lynn Ellins announced the outcome of the close race for the Las Cruces Public School Board District Three seat. As KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports, most of the voters in the District were split between Maria Flores and Merrie Lee Soules.
