New Mexico – New Mexico Gov.-elect Susana Martinez appointed a committee of business leaders to search for cabinet members to lead three state agencies.
The committee will work with the chairwoman of Martinez's transition team to find leaders for the Economic Development Department, Workforce Solutions and Transportation departments.
The search committee is led by Ann Rhoades. Rhoades has worked as a senior executive for Southwest Airlines and JetBlue Airways.
Martinez's campaign says the cabinet members will help Martinez turn around the state's economy and ensure that the state's transportation needs are met.
