Las Cruces, NM – New Mexico is doing far better than other states in weathering the national housing slump. The state's home prices have only dipped slightly and the foreclosure rate is low according to Realtytrac, which collects national housing data. Still, New Mexico officials want to avoid any future problems and drafted a seven part plan to stimulate the housing sector. KRWG's Marco Grajeda has the details.
