Las Cruces, NM – The City of Las Cruces came forward on Friday to let the public know they've received extortion threats. Most concerning was the stipulation that unless the City pays up, Las Crucens could be shot at random. As KRWG's Jodi Breisler reports, while the City isn't releasing many details, life in Las Cruces isn't really changing.
