Museum Director To Be Featured on Science Channel

New Mexico Museum of Space History Executive Director Chris Orwoll is a featured guest speaker in several episodes of the new season of NASA’s Unexplained Files scheduled to begin airing on Tuesday, February 23. Orwoll’s extensive background in space history, and his previous work with WAG TV, the producers of the show, led to him being chosen to appear on the series. A special sneak peek of the new season is slated for Sunday, February 21.

Now in its third season, the series explores unusual observations made by astronauts and cameras over the last 50 years of NASA’s exploration of space. According to the Discovery Communications press release, NASA’s Unexplained Files “dives into the mysteries of some of NASA’s most curious missions to explore stories of engineering achievement and human endurance. Each episode offers first hand testimony from astronauts, NASA mission footage, plus beautifully rendered CGI to bring to life these voyages that reveal unexplained sightings that have dogged many of NASA’s most famous missions. The series also helps puts age-old UFO conspiracies to rest and celebrates the science that has kept us in space for over half a century”. The series is produced by WAG TV for the Science Channel.
