Las Cruces, NM – Bars and restaurants in New Mexico will be given fewer opportunities to make mistakes come October 15. As KRWG's Lacey Daniell reports, Governor Bill Richardson announced this month that he's tightening liquor regulations in an effort to reduce drunk driving and other liquor related offenses.
