Las Cruces, NM – Last week after local pecan farmer Thomas Salopek declined his nomination to the New Mexico State University Board of Regents for personal reasons, Governor Bill Richardson chose Issac Pino, President of SunCor New Mexico in his place. KRWG's Evan Woodward spoke with Pino yesterday about his appointment.
