NM Senators pass two Senate Joint Memorials aimed to improve state Behavioral Healthcare

Las Cruces, NM – Joint Memorials requesting a set of studies to help improve the lives of the state's population affected by mental illness cleared the Senate and will be considered in the house. As KRWG's Eduardo Rodriguez reports, the sponsor is optimistic the set of proposals will bring needed improvements but an activist doubts their approval will bring much change.
