NMED Files Lawsuit Against EP Electric

Las Cruces, NM – El Paso Electric Company is challenging a lawsuit filed by the New Mexico Environment Department. The Texas based company is accused of violating to the New Mexico Air Quality Control Act. KRWG's Marco Grajeda has this report.
