November 14, 2011 – Emily Guerra bridges the community on this edition of PUENTES with President of the Las Cruces Sister Cities Foundation, Noreen Lehmann, and with Chair of the Nienburg Affiliation Committee, Charlene Brock. New and current members from the Lerdo, Durango, Mexico and Nienburg, Germany Sister Cities Affiliation Committees will unite On November 20th at the Sister Cities Foundation Annual Meeting and Pot Luck Dinner at the Unitarian Universalist Church at 5 p.m. Also, they will also vote for new officers. This year their guest speakers will be the Co-Directors of the Confucius Institute at NMSU, Ken and Elvira Hammond.
