Las Cruces, NM – Tuesday the residents of Otero County voted against a Spaceport Tax referendum which would have imposed a gross receipts tax of one eighth of one percent to help the state fund the construction of Spaceport America. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, Executive Director for Spaceport America Steve Landeene says all systems are still go for the 198 million dollar project despite Tuesday's setback.
