Santa Fe, NM – Today was Governor Bill Richardson's final day to take action on measures passed during the state legislative session that ended three weeks ago. As KUNM's Jim Williams reports, the governor ended up signing 290 bills and vetoing 34, one of which has been getting increasing attention in recent days.
