Las Cruces – Former Congressman Steve Pearce wants his old job back.
Pearce has announced that he is a Republican candidate for the Second Congressional seat he held from 2002 to 2008.
The seat is currently held by Democrat Harry Teague.
Last year, Democrat Tom Udall defeated Pearce in the contest to replace Republican Senator Pete Domenici, who retired.
