Police ID Shooter In fatal New Mexico Restaurant Shooting

Authorities have identified the man believed to have fatally shot two brothers who ran a Vietnamese restaurant in Albuquerque.

Albuquerque police say the men's uncle — 58-year-old Dung Nguyen — shot the men and their father Friday afternoon.

They say Nguyen fatally shot himself later when police pulled his car over.

Police say Dung Nguyen is the brother of the men's father, Hung Nguyen, who was taken to a hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

They say 31-year-old Anpha Nguyen and 24-year-old Jerry Nguyen both died at the scene of the shootings at the House of Pho restaurant.

Police say detectives still have not determined a motive for the shootings.
