Police Identify Man Killed In Roswell, NM

Police in Roswell have identified a 22-year-old man killed in a hail of gunfire but declined to say if they had a suspect in custody.

Arthur Contreras was found dead outside a home after gunfire erupted just after 10 p.m. Wednesday.

Police spokeswoman Sabrina Morales tells KRQE-TV in Albuquerque that investigators don't believe the shooting was random and says detectives served search warrants as they sought evidence.

Witnesses reported as many as 25 shots were fired during the attack.
