PRC Candidates Believe Connection with Constituency Important

Las Cruces, NM – The Public Regulation Commission's district Two covers much of southeastern New Mexico including most of Otero county and a portion of Dona Ana county. This year, the race for District Two is between incumbent David King and challenger Stepahnie Dubois. As KRWG's Charles Winiecki reports, King is running on experience while DuBois is stressing communication.
