The Problem with Cleaning your Plate

Las Cruces, NM – You probably recall your parents telling you to clean your plate at dinnertime. Well, it turns out that may NOT be very good advise. The conclusion is the result of research done by Collin Payne -- a marketing professor at New Mexico State University who says telling children to clean their plate may cause them to have poor eating habits and lead to obesity.
