Las Cruces, NM – A small group of mothers, who lost a daughter in the Mexican city of Juarez, gathered with supporters this weekend to create permanent reminders of the over four hundred women that have been killed in the border city. As KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports, the group painted black crosses on Ciudad Juarez' newest highway despite warnings from local authorities.
