The City of Las Cruces Senior Programs will hold a public hearing to offer senior citizens an opportunity to participate in the planning of services and programs in Las Cruces, and to gather input on requests for Capital Outlay.
Capital Outlay is funding intended for the construction, improvement, alteration or reconstruction of assets for long-term use, including land, buildings, major equipment and furnishings, and vehicles.
The public hearing will be Thursday, Jan. 22, from 6 - 6:30 p.m. at the Sage Cafe, 6121 Reynolds Dr.
This is an opportunity to voice suggestions and comments about what is needed in the community to promote and enhance the physical, intellectual and social well-being of people age 50 plus in Las Cruces.
