Las Cruces Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information that helps identify the man suspected of committing an armed robbery at a popular juice bar late Tuesday evening.
Police learned that at around 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13, a man walked into the Keva Juice store at 1001 E. University Ave., displayed a handgun and demanded money from a cashier. The man left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Witnesses described the man as possibly in his 30s, 5-feet-8-inches tall and approximately 200 pounds. He was said to have a mustache and was wearing a dark-colored hoodie, dark baggy jeans and white shoes.
