Las Cruces, NM – Soda bottles soared and kids cheered Friday as they spent an afternoon launching homemade rockets at New Mexico State University. As KRWG's Lacey Daniell reports, 170 students in 6-9 grade participated in an academically intensive program called the Pre-Freshman Engineering Program, or PREP.
