Segundo Barrio, and Lomas De Poleo Reisdents Speak Out

Las Cruces, NM – This week the Paso Del Sur group held a forum at the University of Texas at El Paso to raise awareness of issues facing residents in El Paso's oldest neighborhood, the Segundo Barrio, and the continued struggle for land rights across the border in Lomas De Poleo, a small community on the far West side of Ciudad Juarez.
