Keeping up with news and information from the Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Department is now as close as your smartphone, thanks to a free new app launched by the department.
The app is available on iTunes, Windows and Google Play, and is designed to assist in critical two-way communication between the department and residents of Doña Ana County, or anyone around the world who would like to stay connected with the agency.
The app will send out press releases, bulletins and alerts, and features an events calendar and photo gallery.
Users of the app can also communicate directly with the department to submit tips on crimes, wanted subjects, or to inquire about certain events.
Smartphone users can download the app by typing “Doña Ana County Sheriff” in the search box of any app store.
