Spaceport Authority Hires New Executive Director

Las Cruces, NM – The New Mexico Spaceport Authority announced the hiring of their new executive director yesterday during a meeting in Alamogordo. After months of searching, the committee decided to hire Steve Landeene, of Phoenix, Arizona. Landeene has experience in a variety of different aerospace related fields including over twenty years with Honeywell Aerospace. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, Landeene joins the spaceport project at a time critical to its success.
