Las Cruces, NM – The residents of Dona Ana County will vote April 3rd on whether or not to levy a quarter percent tax to help New Mexico build a private commercial spaceport. In the last few weeks residents have heard from Governor Richardson, Economic Development Department Secretary Rick Homans, and County Commissioner Bill McCamley as to why they should vote yes on the referendum. However, as KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, there are voices of opposition to the tax that say they haven't been fully heard.
