Spaceport Tax Proposal on Otero County Ballot

Las Cruces, NM – Voters across the state have a lot of decisions to make at the polls on Election Day but there's something extra on the ballot in Otero County. As KRWG's Charles Comer reports, registered voters in the southern New Mexico County will consider a tax issue to help fund the construction of Spaceport America.
