The Las Cruces Museum of Art is excited to announce that the Studio Art Classes for Spring 2018 will open registration on Tuesday, December 19. Classes will be offered in two seven-week sessions; Session One begins Wednesday, January 24, and runs through Saturday, March 10. Session Two begins Wednesday, March 28, 2018 and runs through Saturday, May 12.
The Studio Art Classes exist to give our community access to creative learning opportunities. Children and adults are given the opportunity to learn new skills or enhance existing knowledge while guided by local, experienced and qualified professional artists. Students are encouraged to have fun and be inspired to discover their inner creativity through various class options including beginning and intermediate/advanced ceramics, oil and watercolor painting, printmaking and more! Classes are offered to all levels of artists.
Register in person at the Museum of Nature and Science (411 North Main Street), from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Registration will close for Session One on Saturday, January 20. It will close for Session Two on Saturday, March 24. Register early to ensure your spot in class!
