Las Cruces – A senate bill calling for an extension of the "Educational Retirees Return-to-Work Program" passed a key committee Wednesday. As KRWG's Eduardo Rodriguez reports, the program which allows retired educators to return to work without penalties, was scheduled to expire in three years.
