Subway Armed Robbery In Las Cruces

Las Cruces Police are investigating the Tuesday evening armed robbery of a Subway restaurant.

Shortly after 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, Las Cruces Police were dispatched to the report of an armed robbery at the Subway restaurant at 555 Utah Ave. Police learned that a man entered the business and pointed a black handgun at the store’s clerk.

The gunman demanded money and then fled the restaurant with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect was said to be wearing a dark-red hoodie, a long white T-shirt that was un-tucked and blue jeans.
