An Arizona man suspected of a homicide on Tempe's Mill Avenue has been arrested in Alamogordo, New Mexico.
Authorities arrested 19-year-old Dean Blissett on Wednesday. Police believe he was involved in the shooting death of 21-year-old Errun Scroggins last week.
The shooting took place in the parking lot of a pharmacy on Mill Avenue and University Drive near the area's row of clubs and bars.
Federal, state and local authorities traced Blissett to Alamogordo in New Mexico. They also arrested 18-year-old Robreana White.
Blissett has been charged with first degree murder, conspiracy to commit first degree murder and other charges. White was charged with illegal control of an enterprise.
Police have not said whether the victim knew the suspect or what the motive was.
