Las Cruces---Christopher Guerra and Ashley Elebario have been indicted for allegedly shooting from a motor vehicle.
At 3am on August 22, 2014 two employees at the Papa John’s on Solano closed for the night and were exiting towards their vehicles when a grey SUV traveling south from the intersection of Solano and Missouri fired approximately 6 shots.
The two employees quickly hid behind a parked car and observed shots being fired from both the driver and passenger sides of the SUV.
Guerra face charges of Shooting from a Motor Vehicle, Aggravated Assault Deadly Weapon, Criminal Trespass and Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer. Elebario faces Shooting at or From a Motor Vehicle, Aggravated Assault and Criminal Trespass.
Both are awaiting Arraignment.
