The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is working with the El Paso Police Department to identify a child who was found alone near the U.S. / Mexico border.
A male child, believed to be 2-3 years old, possibly with the name “Luis” was located on February 22, 2017 in Cd Juarez, Mexico. The child has a small birthmark above his eye, and has short brown hair. When he was found, he was wearing blue sweatpants, black shoes and a shirt.
Law enforcement believes the child may be a U.S. citizen due to his fluency in English.
