Las Cruces – The fire is located just off of Highway 70 and San Augustine Pass. The fire is actively burning in grass, shrubs, and brush.
Air Attack flew above the fire Saturday, saying it was completely lined and looking good, and the fire is estimated to be 800 acres.
There were multiple structures threatened but none lost. Crews will continue to mop up and secure the fire perimeter today.
