Vision: Clean-Energy Advocates Oppose New Power Plants in Mexico

By Host Greg Bloom, Cultural Correspondent Emily Guerra, Producer Michael Olson

Las Cruces, NM – Clean-energy advocates in the Borderland are opposed to new electric plants in Mexico, saying the plants don't meet EPA standards. On this edition of Vision, we hear from Talli Nauman, an editor-at-large at Silver City's International Relations Center. Later in the show, we hear from local artist Miguel Silva, who uses recycled material as a medium. Silva's tribute to Black History Month will be unveiled later this month. We also hear from local author Greg Magee, who has published a regional hiking guide. All these stories, plus the Borderland headlines.
