Young Republicans React to First Presidential Debate

facebook.com (donald trump)

Commentary: Young Republican National Federation Chairman Dennis Cook reacts to the first Presidential Debate voicing young Americans concerns with Hillary Clinton.

As Donald Trump said tonight, “Hillary has experience. It’s bad experience. We can’t afford another four years of that experience.” The past eight years have not been kind to young Americans. Jobs are few. Wages are stagnant. Home ownership is at an all-time low. The American Dream is fading for our generation.

What is clear is this: America cannot afford four more years of President Obama’s failed policies under a Clinton Administration. Young Americans have never been in more need for growth and opportunity. Tonight America’s young professionals saw clearly a President Clinton would not secure either of these for America’s next generation of leaders.

We cannot afford more of the same failed policies. The picture painted tonight by Secretary Clinton isn’t the America we need.

YRNF stands to advocate for fiscally sound policies, a strong national defense, and a future that is bright and prosperous for all Americans of any age.

The Young Republican National Federation, headed by Chairman Dennis Cook and Co-Chairman Chris Carmona, is an official auxiliary organization under the RNC. YRNF represents Republican voters between the ages of 18 and 40 across America. The national youth wing of the GOP includes members of both state and local chapters of the Young Republicans.
