Las Cruces, NM – Gov. Richardson's special session of the state legislature begins today. They're meeting to protect consumers from price gouging at the gas pump. As KRWG's Stephan Apodaca reports some state legislators say the session is costing the state unnecessary money while doing little to help reduce prices at the pump.
