Las Cruces, NM – Efforts to save one of the two seriously ill horses found at the Southern New Mexico State Fairgrounds early this week were in vain. The animal couldn't recover from his injuries and had to be put to sleep. As KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports, the other horse is recovering.
