The Albuquerque zoo's African elephant calf has a name thanks to hundreds of voters cast by fans and visitors.
The zoo says the calf born Oct. 2 is named "Jazmine," or "Jazzy" for short.
Zoo officials say the name is appropriate because it carries on a flower tradition.
The calf's mother is named Rozie and her sister is named Daizy.
