Las Cruces, NM – The American Clean Energy Leadership Act--a bill authored by New Mexico's Senior Senator Jeff Bingaman cleared the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources yesterday. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, the multifaceted bill is intended to advance the country's clean energy policies.
