Las Cruces, NM – Flooding in El Paso has left homes, cars, buildings and roads battered and broken, if not destroyed. As KRWG's Yasmin Pinon reports Canutillo Elementary's cafeteria opened its doors to over 260 people who left their homes due to mother nature's damages.
