LAS CRUCES, NM - Comedy legend Paul Rodriguez, known to many as the "Godfather of Latin Comedy", will be performing at the Las Cruces Convention Center Friday, May 15 at 8:30 pm.
Hosted by funnyman Mike Acquisto-Gotti, the show will also feature two of The Latin Comedy Jam's funniest comics Javi Luna and Roberto Rodriguez.
"Javi is hilarious. He has a style that will keep you laughing from start to finish," said Acquisto-Gotti. "After seeing his set in Corpus Christi, TX, we knew he would be an asset to the tour."
Roberto Rodriguez is currently on tour with the Latin Comedy Jam as well as performing at top comedy clubs around Los Angeles, CA.
"Roberto does one of the funniest things with his body that you will ever see" laughs show producer Tank Jones. "I'm not going to tell you what it is, but I bet you will try it when you go home!"
Paul Rodriguez has played to sold-out crowds all over the world and is the founder of the Latin Kings of Comedy, which is responsible for launching the careers of stars such as George Lopez and Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias.
Although all the comics are from Latin descent, they are "Comics" that just happen to be Latino. Their humor is universal, and it is enjoyed by millions around the world. The Latin Comedy jam offers a hilarious blend of situational and topical comedy from the nation's top Latino comedians.
Doors open at 7:30 pm and the show starts at 8:30 pm.
