Las Cruces, NM – Twenty-three percent of New Mexicans are uninsured; the figure is higher in Dona Ana County. To create public awareness of the problem, the Las Cruces City Council has declared this week "Covering the Uninsured Week." KRWG's Katie Goetz reports.
