Doña Ana County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a weekend incident in which multiple shots were fired at a residence in Doña Ana.
Sheriff’s deputies responded just after 5 a.m. Saturday to the 5700 block of Tanglewood Place after neighbors in the area called 911 to report they had heard what sounded like gunfire. Detectives discovered multiple bullet holes in the residence.
No one was injured and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Tips or information can also be sent via text message to CRIMES (274637) using the keyword LCTIPS. The hotline and text message service are operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
