Dona Ana County and Sunland Park Reach Agreement

Las Cruces, NM – The Dona Ana County Commission and the Sunland Park City Council have reached an agreement as to what entity will provide water and wastewater services to Sunland Park and Santa Teresa. Dona Ana County Commission Chairman Bill McCamley says the plan will extinguish the argument that the county pays too much attention to development, and not enough attention to the people. Bob Mitchell has more.
