Dona Ana County to Consider Tax Development District

Las Cruces, NM – This morning, the Dona Ana County Legal Department held a public hearing in Las Cruces to discuss the creation of a Tax Development District with Sierra County. The agreement is needed under state law to begin collecting money from a gross receipts tax approved to help fund Spaceport America. KRWG's Marco Grajeda has this report.
