Mark D’Antonio, District Attorney for the Third Judicial District of New Mexico will be hosting his monthly Town Hall Meeting on November 5th, 2013 at 6:00 pm in the Commissioner Chambers of the Dona Ana County Building, located at 845 North Motel Blvd. Las Cruces, NM 88007.
The topic of this open forum will be the course and process a criminal case takes through the justice system, beginning with the inception of a crime and the case being presented to the District Attorney’s Office. The discussion will focus on the Magistrate and District Court systems and include the extensive science involved in plea agreements, trial and the parole system.
