Las Cruces, NM – Last week's J. Paul Taylor Symposium for justice gave way with the words by relatives of some of the slain women of the Chihuahua state. First however, four-hundred dresses were hung on crosses as part of an installation commemorating the victims. As KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports, in just over ten years there have been at least that many unsolved murders of women, primarily in the border city of Juarez.
